- Apple: For In-App Purchase processing (they handle all payment data)

We have Data Processing Agreements with all service providers to ensure they handle your data securely and in compliance with UK GDPR.
7. International Transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/UK.
8. Data Retention
- Active accounts: We retain your data while your account is active
- Deleted accounts: Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Backups: Backup copies are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery

10. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchases. We never see your payment card details. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to payment data.

- Receipt validation data (to verify purchases)
11. Children's Privacy
Zulu Aviation is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective Date" and notify you via email or in-app message.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
