When you contact support, please include

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened versus what you expected
  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 17)
  • iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • App version (shown in the Profile tab)

Password reset

If you have requested a password reset email:

  • Check inbox and spam
  • Open the secure link in the email
  • Choose a new password (minimum 8 characters)
  • Return to the app and sign in

Reset links expire after one hour for security. If yours has expired, request a new reset from the app.

Email verification

When you create an account, we send a verification email. Please check:

  • Your inbox
  • Spam or junk
  • Promotions (Gmail)

Did not receive it? Request a new verification email from the app settings.

Data & privacy

Your logbook data is stored securely and is only accessible by you. We do not:

  • ✗ Track your location
  • ✗ Store photos or files
  • ✗ Share your data with third parties
  • ✗ Use analytics or tracking

Regulatory compliance

Important: Zulu Aviation is a personal logbook tool. You are responsible for ensuring entries are accurate and comply with applicable aviation regulations.

The app provides fields for EASA-aligned logging, but does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance. Always verify your logbook meets the requirements of your aviation authority and intended use.
