Support

When contacting support, please include:

• ✓ What you were trying to do
• ✓ What happened vs what you expected
• ✓ Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro)
• ✓ iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• ✓ App version (shown in Profile tab)

Managing Your Subscription

All subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel:

• 1. Open Settings on your iPhone
• 2. Tap your name at the top
• 3. Tap Subscriptions
• 4. Select Zulu Aviation

You can switch between monthly and annual plans, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.

Password Reset

If you've requested a password reset email:

• 1. Check your email inbox and spam folder
• 2. Click the secure link in the email
• 3. Create your new password (minimum 8 characters)
• 4. Return to the app and sign in

Reset links expire after 1 hour for security. If your link has expired, request a new one from the app.

Email Verification

When you create an account, we send a verification email. Please check:

• ✓ Your inbox
• ✓ Spam/junk folder
• ✓ Promotions tab (if using Gmail)

Didn't receive it? You can request a new verification email from the app settings.

Data & Privacy

Your logbook data is stored securely and is only accessible by you. We do not:

• ✗ Track your location
• ✗ Store photos or files
• ✗ Share your data with third parties
• ✗ Use analytics or tracking

Important: Zulu Aviation is a personal logbook tool. You are responsible for ensuring all entries are accurate and comply with applicable aviation regulations.

The app provides fields for EASA-compliant logging, but does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance. Always verify your logbook meets the requirements of your aviation authority and intended use.
